Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS (whichever is most cost effective) unless specified.
Available options are UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Blue Label, UPS 1-Day Red Label, FedEx 2-Day Economy, or FedEx1-Day Priority or Express, and USPS Priority. Saturday shipments are available in some areas.
Orders who choose "Best Way" will be shipped via the most cost effective shipping method available for their area. Typically this is via USPS Priority Mail which does not always include a tracking number.
We will not add shipping insurance to serviced or purchased items unless requested by the purchaser. Customer assumes all risk unless insurance is requested. Additional fees will apply.

3 Easy Steps to Returning / Exchanging Products:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not require any RMA #. Simply follow the below instructions to return your product.
Include a copy of your Invoice and clearly indicate which items are in your package.
Clearly indicate on your invoice if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for.
When shipping, do not use the manufacturer's packaging for a shipping box. This will damage the manufacturer's product labeling & could void your return.
